Cameroonian Sahel

Garoua, Cameroon

lagdo, is seventy kilometers south of Garoua in the North Cameroon. A body of water stretches out of sight. Waves come complete their course on "rating." Fishing families come and go. The activity is intense. In the vicinity of the body of water, vegetation, however, is typically Sahelian steppe, stunted shrubs.  A sea full sahel.
Human action, Lagdo is located in the north in the middle of the Sahel region. The rains are rare, the wind is dry. But in this town, 70 kilometers long and 40 kilometers wide is covered by water.
Generally the lakes are quiet and heavy. A Lagdo waves come and go in the sea This is the result of human action.
You'll also be able to make a canoe ride and visit the island Madagascar and the dam. And you will encounter hippos and can participate in a fishing.
